These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of websites, funnels, programs, communities, and other services operated by Joey Grayson, doing business as Asian Sales Society (also known as “ASS” and formerly “Create Closers”) (“Asian Sales Society”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using any of our websites, communities, trainings, events, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

All references to “you” or “user” mean the person accessing or using the Services, and, if applicable, any entity on whose behalf you are doing so.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us.
You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Our brand is primarily focused on serving Asians and the Asian diaspora, but we do not exclude or discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. All users must respect this principle.
3. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
4. Services Overview
Asian Sales Society provides, among other things:
Sales and communication training, including a 10-day ramp/roadmap and ongoing programs.
Community spaces (free and paid) for closers, setters, and founders.
Resources and frameworks related to branding, outreach, pipeline management, and high-ticket sales.
Limited, discretionary support around staffing, introductions, and placements for certain members and partners.
The exact content, format, and availability of Services may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
5. Accounts & Security
Some parts of the Services may require you to create an account or access a client portal or community platform.
You agree to:
provide accurate and up-to-date information,
keep your login details confidential, and
promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
6.1 Pricing & Payment
Prices for programs, coaching, or other Services will be disclosed at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for errors caused by those providers.
6.2 Subscriptions or Installment Plans
If you enroll in a subscription or installment plan:
You authorize us and/or our payment processors to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until the plan is paid in full or the subscription is cancelled as permitted by the specific offer’s terms.
You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and for any failed or late payments.
6.3 Refunds
Refunds, if offered, are governed by the specific guarantee or refund policy attached to the program you purchase. Unless a written refund policy is explicitly stated at the time of sale:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us to resolve an issue may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
7. No Guarantees of Income, Results, or Placement
You understand and agree that:
We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue level, number of clients, or business outcome.
We do not guarantee any job, contract, or placement, even if we help introduce you to potential clients or employers.
Any examples of earnings, results, or client wins shared by us or our members are illustrative only and do not represent a promise or typical outcome.
Your results depend on many factors, including your skills, effort, consistency, prior experience, market conditions, offer quality, and compliance with laws. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.
8. Conduct, Community Standards & Anti-Discrimination
We are committed to creating a community that is ambitious, respectful, and safe, especially for Asians and other underrepresented groups in the sales space.
By using the Services, you agree that you will not:
Harass, threaten, bully, or abuse any person.
Use racist, hateful, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory language or imagery, including slurs or stereotypes about any race or ethnicity.
Engage in hate speech, incite violence, or promote extremist ideologies.
Share or post content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Spam, solicit, or pitch other members in a way that violates our rules, platform rules, or applicable laws (e.g., anti-spam and telemarketing laws).
Attempt to scrape, hack, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without refund, to:
warn, mute, or remove users from communities;
revoke access to programs or platforms;
terminate your participation in the Services,
if you violate these standards or otherwise act in a way we believe harms other members, our brand, or our business.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Content
All content we provide, including but not limited to:
trainings, frameworks, slides, recordings, and written material,
videos, audio, templates, scripts, and worksheets,
branding, logos, graphics, text, and website content,
is owned by or licensed to Asian Sales Society and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for your personal or internal business use only.
You may not:
reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content,
share program materials publicly or with people who are not enrolled,
sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit our content,
present our content as your own.
9.2 Your Content
If you submit, upload, or share content in communities or as part of the Services (for example messages, feedback, wins, testimonials, or recordings), you:
represent that you have the necessary rights to share that content; and
grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services (for example, using anonymized wins/testimonials in marketing), subject to applicable privacy and consent laws.
We will seek additional permission where required for more prominent or personally identifiable use (e.g., featuring your full name and face in paid ads).
10. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our Services may integrate or link to third-party tools and platforms (such as GoHighLevel, Discord, Google Meet, Instagram, Facebook, or external websites).
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.
11. Compliance With Laws
You are solely responsible for:
complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your business and outreach (including, without limitation, telemarketing rules, do-not-call rules, and anti-spam laws in your country);
using the strategies, scripts, and tools we provide in a lawful and ethical way.
We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described there.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Services and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or results of the use of the Services or content in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Any business, career, or income decisions you make based on the Services are your responsibility. You agree that we are not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
In no event shall Asian Sales Society, Joey Grayson, our employees, contractors, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, the above limitation may not apply, and we will be liable only to the minimum extent required by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Asian Sales Society, Joey Grayson, and our team, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
your use of the Services,
your violation of these Terms,
your violation of any rights of another person or entity, or
your violation of any laws or regulations.
16. Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including any communities or programs, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or harmed other members.
Upon termination:
your right to use the Services ceases immediately;
you remain responsible for any outstanding payments;
provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification).
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that any dispute or claim shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Boca Raton, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this section prohibits us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
18. No Waiver; Severability
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional written program agreements or policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Asian Sales Society regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
